Anacomp Provides Solutions Support for Industry-Leading

SAN DIEGO, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Anacomp(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: ANCO), a leading provider of document-management solutions, today announced that its Field Service business unit has signed a global third-party maintenance agreement with Austin, Texas-based Crossroads Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq: CRDS), the leading developer and manufacturer of Fibre Channel storage routers. Under the terms of the agreement, Anacomp will maintain Crossroad Systems' routers and protocol converters.

The CSN Service Provider Program ensures high-quality service in the most efficient manner possible. Two programs are offered: 7x 24x4 On-Site Service and 5x9x5 On-Site Service.
7x24x4 On-Site Service includes:
Third Level Support and On-site Hardware Maintenance Services for Crossroads' equipment working in an approved solution with coverage 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year -- with a 4-hour average service response time within specified locations in the U.S. and Canada.
5x9x4 On-Site Service includes:
Third Level Support and On-site Hardware Maintenance Services for Crossroads' equipment working in an approved solution with coverage 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with a 4-hour average service response time within specified locations in the U.S. and Canada. This coverage is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
