While I have no idea what a firm like Broadview Associates charges for its services I will venture a guess of 10-30% of Tseng's 26 million. So we can forget the "1/3 staff reduction" (as if this were the root of the problem). It is just incomprehensible to me how incompetent these people have been for so long.

Bobb would you please draw a map for the "former" Tseng management directing them to the local unemployment office. I think they are going to be regulars there a long, long time. I am not sure that they can read so please be very graphic. Please don't direct them through any intersections as we have witnessed their decision capacity and it is limited and rather alarming too (because I am concern about their safety). We have witnessed their decision capacity and its also restricted to left turns only so be sure to clearly mark the areas that school-crossing guards are stationed. I hope this is not too much of a challenge for adults accustomed mindless activities.

If Tseng had a real business market value I don't believe Broadview Associates would have been called in so late. Remember a year ago when the cash reserve was considerably more... was there real interest then... how has the situation been improved since then... are we in a position to say no to a bad deal? Scary isn't it.

TELL ME THIS IS JUST A BAD "TRICK OR TREAT" BY PRACKSTERS.

THIS IS SO VERY UGLY. THERE IS NO DOUBT WHERE THE FAULT LIES.

IN A FEW WEEKS I'LL BE ABLE TO FORGIVE THEM BUT AT THR MOMENT MY BLOODPRESSURE IS STILL GOING UP!
