looks like we are consolidating above $5, but don't forget we will get our 10Q soon and the new book value figure I stipulated here will be in there. Still expect around $13-15 book value per share and some new bits of info actually shift the bias more to the upper bound, maybe even more..

Max add to book value would be : (($150m - Book value of assets sold - $10m (NOL Carryforwards)) * (1-TAXRATE) ) / # shares (=10m) in case no charges are offset this quarter

assuming: Book value of assets sold = $40m and Corp Tax rate of 40% (may be a wrong assumption here but I'm not sure)

-> ($150m - $50m) * 0,6 / 10m = $6 per share..
..

means Max. Book value around $16. So $13-15 is a reasonable estimate I guess..
