The big point of the battery is that it lasts longer and the shelf life is longer AS LONG AS IT IS NOT EXPOSED TO AIR. At which point, it degrades without usage but not sure how quickly (I saw the number but forgot).

If a foreign company trades here, I believe it has pretty much the same requirements. Plenty of Edgar docs filed.
