San Francisco, CA (February 24, 1999):Group V Corporation is a diversified telecommunications company
specializing in some of the world's most explosive and profitable market segments including: one plus, toll free
long distance and pre-paid phone card products. Group V has created a network of complementary companies,
all of which offer products and services of their own, many of which market, develop or deliver the products of
companies within the Group V family. This vertical integration strategy puts Group V in an excellent position to
significantly reduce the risk of entering new markets by leveraging the strength of its existing subsidiary
companies. Group V's ability to assess a market for profit opportunities and quickly create unique products for
niche markets gives Group V an edge in smaller profitable market segments.

The Company has retained a diverse team of professionals with expertise in many different facets of the
Company's core businesses, including telecommunications, system design, software development, publishing
and marketing.

Group V Corporation ("GRPV") and its subsidiaries are positioned to penetrate and capture a substantial
percentage of the 3 Billion dollar per annum pre-paid telephone market and the 38 Billion dollar lottery market
with innovative products that provide excellent value for the consumer, substantial margins for the retailer and
profitability for GRPV.

Group V Operations

Group V's subsidiary development has successfully targeted niche markets within the pre-paid
telecommunications industry. Through its wholly owned long distance carrier, Academy Network Services
(ANS), the Company currently has the capacity to support various configurations of pre-paid phone card
traffic on their debit platforms and maintains unlimited capacity to support one plus and toll free long distance
traffic for a variety of business and residential applications. The Company currently supports a number of
residential and business applicants, and continues to expand their one plus long distance services. ANS
recently received orders for pre-paid phone cards of just under $1,000,000 per month in addition to its current
sales.

Through ANS, Group V is able to provide the telecommunications, customer service and fulfillment support
needed for another Group V subsidiary, National Pools Corporation (NPC), and the HitLoTTo program. The
innovative HitLoTTo® Club Card allows lottery players residing in any state to join lottery clubs formed to
play in major U.S. State lotteries, including the Powerball and Big Game lotteries and those in California and
Florida, by telephone, from anywhere in the country or from the comfort of their living room. Once nationally
distributed, the HitLoTTo brand name will become as well known as the Powerball Lottery name. The
HitLoTTo program has already expanded GRPV's horizons onto the Internet with www.hitlotto.com and has a
series of online products currently under development.

Group V's subsidiary, Lottery Publications Corporation, publishes Lottery InsiderTM magazine. Lottery
Insider magazine is unique, as it is currently the only magazine directed at the lottery player.

Premier Plus, Inc., Group V's network marketing company, established only a few months ago, specializes in
telecommunications products and discount travel programs, with other products to be introduced late next
year.
