When I watch the market all day long, my emotion gets involved and I do not trade according to my plan. I know exactly what you mean! I sit in front of the computer most of the day, so I usually can watch the market as it goes. When I started my slump, I started going against my initial goals. That killed me everytime. I'm trying to do better and just stick to my goals (sell at the open, no matter what). I'm sure that if I hadn't sold CSCO yesterday at the open, I would have paniced and sold it when it dipped to 61 1/5. Just gotta stick to the plan... I'll try and buy a good short for you. g llater, Tony B
