How about "NATO Peacekeeper"?
From the war in Kosovo we got several new additions to the Orwellian "Doublespeak" Dictionary. I highly recommend everyone to read or "re-read" Orwell's book "1984", now considered one of the great classics of Western Literature.
Just a side note, Orwell said there were 3 types of vocabulary, A, B, and C. Vocabulary "A" consisted of words that we use in everyday conversation. Vocabulary "C" consists of words that were technical. It was the rise of vocabulary "B" that gave meaning to oxymoron words. Many of these words are compound words that have at least two given meanings, but when put together, they create political ideology and thus when used repeatedly in the media, give rise to propaganda. In this NATO driven war in Kosovo, we saw the rise of vocabulary "B" words such as "Humantiarian War", or "NATO Peacekeeper".
Of course, there is no such thing as a Humanitarian War, and when NATO started dropping bombs, it would be hard to call them "Peacekeepers" but it had the intended effect of driving the political agenda of the NATO allies.
Enough of that,
