Hardware Vs software. Once again Wave is the only hardware based solution.
What would be the insentive for a PC manufacturer to bundle encryption
software with their computers. Absolutely nothing because they wouldn't share
in the profits. With a Wave meter on the board, modem or sound card they are
participating in all transactions either on the internet or through bundled
encrypted Cd roms. All Cybercash can do is give you the money to spend, they
do not have the back end processing center to actually process every single
transaction via the net or Cd rom and then dispurse the appropiate funds to
the publishers and content providers. Regardless of how many commerce systems
currently are hitting the market there is still no other inexpensive way for
me or anyone with content to publish profitably on the net. Take a picture of
your dog and tell me any other way that you can put that picture on the net
charge $1 for it and be in business in 10-15 minutes. There is nothing
remotely similar to what Wave has created and the story is starting to get
out. This is a company that was very unfocused over the last couple of years.
They were going in twenty different directions. Steven Sprague came in as
president and the company has done a complete 360. They are extremely focused
and they are now perfectly on track to accomplish everything that they have
set out to do. The product works and it is great. I am personally finding
some very excited people who have been waiting to put their stuff on the net
for profit without all the neccessary software and it finally is possible. I
have put alot of time, energy and money into this company and I believe we
are just about at the pay off. I have spent time in New York with management
and I am on the phone with the Wave team weekly. They are a very competent
group of people who have been as frustated as all of us over the last year
and I can tell you that they have never sounded so positive. The morale at
the company is extremely high and everyone is very excitied about the new
product and about the company's future. If you have any questions I will
