Mario 64 and NFL Math have the exact same goals. Sanctuary Woods are admitting that the reason they are using the NFL license is specfically to attract the attention of children. Parents aren't too concerned about what brand name is on the box; it's the kids that are making the decision. So these products do have the same goal: to get children to buy and ultmately play with these products.

their classrooms?

Well, I've done a bit of research in this field and I've found that schools tend to ignore products with brand names on them. Most parents tend to not like it if companies are subversively sneaking their brand names into the classroom. I mean, would you like it if your child's teacher was teaching math using examples like "Ok, if I have two bottles of Coca-Cola classic and I add 3 bottles of Coca-Cola classic to them, how many bottles of Coca-Cola classic do I have?" A little extreme, sure, but that's about the same as a school using an NFL, NHL, NBA or whatever CDROM to teach children. Now, Franklin is all right because he's a scholastic character, and for some reason Scholastic Publishing has been allowed in the classroom (maybe because they've been in the classroom for so long.)

>Can you pass on any email addresses of people you know....and credentials?

It's not really appropriate to post people's email addresses in a public forum like this. You could probably phone a developer or two and ask to speak to one of their programmers, though.

Bart.
