No one's going bankrupt. This thing about the union is going to pass on like it's nothing. The only effect that it'll have is scaring the weak and short-term investors out of the market. That's great because that'll push the profit-taking price even higher. Here's the message from yahoo:

Flight attendants seek to ground Valujet Inc

WASHINGTON, Sept 27 (Reuter) - The Association of Flight Attendants union said on Friday it
would file for a stay of the U.S. Department of Transportation's decision to let airline ValuJet
resume operations.

The AFL-CIO union said in a statement it would file for the stay at 1530 EDT/1930 GMT at the
Washington D.C. U.S. Court of Appeals.

The low-cost carrier said on Thursday scheduled operations would resume on Monday between
Atlanta and four cities, after the U.S. Department of Transportation gave final approval.

It was grounded on June 17 for safety violations. It was investigated after its Flight 592 crashed
in Florida in May, killing all 110 people aboard.

The union, which is the largest flight attendant union in the world, said it wanted the Department
of Transportation to rule ValuJet was unfit to operate under its safety regulations so long as
company Chairman Robert Priddy and President Lewis Jordan remained in charge.

"Since yesterday's decision by the Department of Transport to reinstate ValuJet to commercial
airline service ignored the charges brought forth by the AFA, the union is bringing its case to the
courts," the union said.

ValuJet was not immediately available to comment on the union's decision.

The Association of Flight Attendants represents 40,000 flight attendants at 26 airlines.

Look at what they're asking for: the PRESIDENT and CHAIRMAN to be removed... This is absurd. I don't care who they are no union can dictate this kind of thing. They'll lose in court and ValuJet, now being the safest airline flying will gain even a greater share of the market than they had previously.

If you'll look at the first message I wrote on this board you'll see that Icalled this reaction last night. In fact Ionly missed the day high by .5...
