I'd add that the target goals seemed easy: they said they were going to do a 101 deal by the end of last year; nominate a 2nd candidate as a bonus? Being rewarded for financing? How about getting rewarded for not having to finance? And none of their goals have to do with their stock price. So I thought they were pretty lame.
