to: okey from: truedog You are missing the whole point. Criminals don't give a tinker's damn about what has lawful existence. That's why they are also called outlaws. You can make all the laws you want making guns illegal, and the outlaws will still get them, they even know how to make their own. If you really want to do something constructive, fight to change the court system and make sure that anyone who uses any kind of gun in an unlawful way, gets the book thrown at him and lands his butt in the slammer for a long, long time.
