Regine-- Apropos of nothing much, this is not my first fries venture. I did have some MIDD earlier this year (and was probably one of the fortunate few to make a couple bucks on it). Midd claimed to have invented a machine that cooked fries WITHOUT FAT, but they still TASTED GREASY! Pretty cosmic, as cookery ideas go, and there was brief enthusiasm. At least I got out at the right moment that time. But hey! Anyone for KTEC? Janice
