Window on Wallstreet's Daytrader, as well as the Internet Trader Pro have ranking lists for each exchange (nasdaq,nyse,amex) that show % gainers & losers, $ gainers & losers, most active by # of shares, most active by # of trades. They are snapshots, updated every 5 minutes. List fills in at 9:35, and updates every 5 minutes through the day. Top 15 issues appear in each list. Daytrader with a satellite feed has the same feature, but the lists are live (streaming), and can display up to the top 50 issues on each list. You can't filter the lists for price levels.
