Of course the same folks who hate analysts will throw the list of 'strong buys' at you, show you how undervalued their pet stock is using a PEG ratio (requires forward estimates), and wail and gnash their teeth when one says something they don't like. Painting all analysts with the same broad brush is not very smart either.

But as far as the notoriously bad calls...why the heck do people think great stock analysis will be given to them for free on CNBC? It boggles my mind.
