Map of the Futures Yesterday we discussed how President Bush and John Kerry were faring in the Tradesports.com futures market. It turns out that the Web design firm GeekMedia has designed a very cool page that tracks the state-by-state futures and plots the results on a map. The current projection gives President Bush 281 electoral votes (including Ohio and Iowa) vs. 238 for Kerry, with New Hampshire, New Mexico and Wisconsin too close to call. (Wisconsin leans slightly Bushward, whereas Kerry has a slim edge in the two News.)
