John the following are answers to your questions or statements from Feb 10.

1. Nasdaq does not allow electronic internet trading of BB stocks. All BB stocks must be called into our office or any other BD.

2. We plan on having options available ASAP. At this time our work load does not allow us begin this project. My best estimation right now would be the 2nd or 3rd quarter of this year.

3. Anytime there is an interruption of service it is disturbing. From the performance of your computer, to the network of connections to our servers, on to the exchanges and their servers, and back again, their is a degree of risk any one of these areas can have a problem and cause a system failure. Things are constantly improving with the performance of all these elements but we are not yet working in a technically perfected environment. In our case it was a tougher week than normal though all interruptions of service were of a very short duration. The main interruptions came from outside of us. Island had a problem at their end and was down twice during the week and Nasdaq also had a problem with SOES but neither for too long and our users were kept informed of the status with our QL on screen messaging. Also realize even if one routing system is down it does not stop you from using the others. Our system is actually very stable but that does not exclude us from having glitches. The two problems you mentioned which caused users to relog on has been corrected on our new version 2.24 which you can download the upgrade at our ftp site, ftp://209.125.18.254. An important point to mention is, with us, you deal directly with the software company and the brokerage all in one. This is unique. Whereas with other companies you deal with are either a brokerage or a software company or very possibly with just a branch of a brokerage. This means that all or much of the time they do not have power to resolve problems for customers themselves.

4. Actually the message mailbox on QL can allow you and another user to send PMs to each other right on your QL screen. This can be very handy to send quick messages to a friend about an important move in a stock or whatever instantly. I think I'm going to try and start a chatroom for our users with Microsoft's Netmeeting. This will allow people to have audio and/or video in addition to the regular chatroom written dialogs. It also has the capability of sharing screens which we would like to use for training groups or troubleshooting a users computer at home from ours and the software is free.

We have just added Hot Keys to QL. These you can use by themselves or in combination with your mouse to speed up order entry.

Regards,
Dan
