RNWR, the STAR Group rescinded that 144 filing. Those shares are supposedly locked up for the time being. The Investment Banker said no 144s at this time to deter any possible funding. The company also tells me they have no shares to sell at this time. They received $750,000 from the Investment Banker who structured the deal through a private placement. Otherwise there are no other shares in the float. The only way the company is going to be able to sell shares is to do some type of additional funding and they say that will be through restricted stock.
