I'll go down to the courthouse, in a day or two, and get a copy of the suit. If anyone is interested in the contents, could you tell me how do I get the copies on SI??

I did notice that ALYD had taken a reserve for doubtful accounts on their most recent statements. They may have seen this coming. If I recall, the reserve was $85,000.
