More Messina musings.....

Searching for a partner for phase II is all fine and well from SUF's perspective, however, what makes sense from a majors perspective is to take over SUF with an all stock offer, spin off the diamonds and use their cash to develop Messina to its full potential. Why finance 100% of phase two for maybe a 50% interest when you can have it all? In the case of Barrick for example, with a 1:1 share offer, they could double their reserves for about 8.5% share dilution and use their cash on hand to ramp up PGE production to 500,000 ounces per year or more.
