Hi Alex,

Actually. at this hour (1040 pm EDST) I am not very negative... there is only about 5 points of NAZ negativity and 2 of S&P. Wow... that's NOTHING.

I all depends upon how the markets take this Japanese embargo thing. Now one thing I do know is the markets don't like uncertainty. So if the Japanese do something with the bond market, it could really screw things up... but will Joe Everyperson Trader even think of that and the impact? In fact, if the markets DON'T react to the uncertainty, that is a VERY bullish sign... a sign of the CRASHUP.

So I will be up early checking the markets and THEN will have a better take... 27.5, 24.5, 21.24, 17... which APM number I pick will depend in a large part what the markets are telling us early on.

Regards,

Bill
