12 times 1999 earnings - based on what? I've followed this company a long time now and anyone that can estimate how much money they will make next year is speculating. There is no basis for an estimate because the information to build from is not available. They no longer make games, they no longer have 80% of the employees and physical assets they once had, they are in the middle of a merger with a private company for which we have no financial details as to what they will contribute, they have stated that they must secure additional financing (which I suspect has already been arranged but has yet to be made public), they are spending whatever cash they have left to develop a tool that won't be beta ready until the end of this quarter and will therefore be lucky to sell anything to anyone by the third quarter. Don't get me wrong, ride this puppy for all it has. I made a LOT (300%) of money on this stock going long and am happy with what I have. I wish everyone luck in their investments. The product/company has a lot of potential but don't confuse potential with sound financial analysis. Buy this as a spec and live with the results (hopefully all profits!). Joe C.
