Just a thought, I have been playing NRT & IZP for the last 3 years or so. What I have done is sell each one at its high and move into the weaker one. They seem to move in different directions. FWIW, NRT is having net negative inflows and IZP just turned positive. So I sold NRT(at 2.90 and bought IZP at 1.00) and bought 3 times the amount of IZP shares in an up trend. Let see if it works for the 4 time.
