Dale ....... You asked why Lou does't use the line of credit that was established... Several months ago I listened to a conference call where he indicated he really doesn't like to use banks. He has seen other companies which have been severely hurt by banks after they've borrowed money. He's now connected with The Shemano Group ... where it is my understanding that Gary Shemano and his team and clients have a very good track record (including respect) ... where the end result is an approach where $$ are made available to Lou to support the companies needs during this high growth, early phase without having to put earnings towards bank debt, etc. It is my guesstimate that the pay off for earnings results will happen next year. I really don't think that Gary Shemano would allow one of his clients to put forth $5 megabucks into something that wouldn't pan out. This move illustrates the confidence level that Gary has in KNIC. I don't know Gary, but other KNIC investors who I talk with have tremendous respect for him. Note the stock closed at $8 on Friday.
I believe that the stock will tend to be volatile because of apparent trading in the stock ... but after the investment banker's report which is supposed to be out next week ... there should be an upturn.

Regards, Ben
