IMHO, the strength of the BTB was mostly due to Intel. Intels bookings and billings should account for about 1/2 of the total bookings & billings. I'm not sure what you mean by "inflate the BTB".

But given the fact that memory prices went down, then the strength of the BTB can be attributed to Intel. And that strength in demand is what the management has been talking about. If one does not trust the management or its judgement, then should one be investing in the stock?!!

Anyway, the stock should have support at 125 1/2 and then 123 3/8.
I doubt if it will go to 120 by Friday, or even that it will go to 120 before it goes to 140, although I could be wrong.
