Gentelmen- Time for a rational analysis of the situation.
It seems clear there is a panic sell going on (to say the least).
Is this really the result of the stockholder's meeting?
Strange no mention of meeting results on this thread if they were that significant.
What ever happened at Boston Tech conference a few weeks ago?
What is the situation with all those investment bankers and their warrants/par value deals? (at current stock falling rates looks like we'll all get a par value deal soon).
What are conditions for and probability of de-listing?
Is there a factor that will stop/slow fall in stock price,i.e. option point?, warrants?, speculative bargain hunters?, or is there a clear shot to zero?
Best guess for next few days please ....
