That is just one of Anthony's "10 Commandments." The tension that builds up before any news tends to be released afterwards, whether or not the news is good or bad. It becomes a known quantity at that point, the mystery is gone. It is a rule-of-thumb, of course, but one that will average out in your favor in the long run.
