As a general rule, it is easier for teens to get marijuana than it is alcohol. In the case of alcohol, it is usually necessary to get someone to buy it for them by hanging out outside a convenience store. IN the case of marijuana, you simply get it direct from the dealer who has the locker next to you.

A further downside is that that same dealer, in addition to harmless marijuana, also sells opiates, benzos, coke, crack, you-name-it. All from one convenient place.
