Larry Brubaker:

I was with you on the Arakis site to experience Pluvia's posting, and he's sure no angel.

On the other hand, Pluvia is just Pluvia, but Westergaard is a public persona with a substantial audience. The manner of his character assassination of Pluvia is the core issue here, IMO.

Clearly, The Westergaard Reward can be used to besmirch the reputation of any reporter who brings negative information public with regard to Westergaard's clients. Westergaard unquivocally states such and in an aggressive way.

Westergaard purposefully INTENDS TO INTIMIDATE by IMPLICATION OF CRIMINAL ACTS. That is his goal, as his means of being a thug to protect his clients. Note that he makes that absolutely clear and continues to emphasize it as part of his business plan. His absolute commitment to this tactic is incredible. What an unprincipled mess he is!!

All absolutely IMHO, of course.

(BTW, the Pluvia we see here is remarkably civil and likeable. The contrast to our earlier experience is astonishing. If Pluvia can maintain this style, then I would be happy to see him on any of the threads I follow. Maybe we'll see a changed man as he sees that this level of discourse brings him more credibility. We can always hope!)

Go Pluvia! Go Arakis! (couldn't resist)
