the following as per etsi study/publication. I suggest that you would verify your data before you post it here. You are obviously think that you know what are you talking about which is of cause your personal opinion. If you have any problem with the following description of cap hdsl with 2mbps you should complain directly to ETSI, France. And I did find a lot of material on cap hdsl that was dated last year, what I did not find is anything recent.
