Ballard is a great company, maybe some informed shareholders could help us with the following questions: What are the different objectives for Ballard and Ballard-Benz JV? What are the benefits for having two separate companies to offset the doubling overhead cost? Are they BOTH trying to commercialize cell technology? Why is Ballard getting only 1/3 of the new co if Ballard is the actual technology leader and contribute similar cash level? thanks
