I agree that the current price is attractive but it does require patience. Due to the small float, it could move quickly once it gains momentum so I'd rather be in early.

I am impressed with BROC's current management; the NetGain acquisition is interesting; the balance sheet is solid; the price to sales ratio is low for a software company; costs are under control.

It would appear that earnings estimates for 98 are unrealistically low -- analysts are probably being conservative waiting for more information on new products based on the NetGain technology. We should see both earnings and growth by early 98.

I found the last conference call to be very encouraging, but I fear that many people missed it due to the early hour and lack of a replay. I hope that the Q3 conference call is either later or at least replayed later in the day.
