Here is my quick take: 1. The company is in right sector. In terms of growth, this is definitely an area that will keep growing as more companies go online. Tech articles in reviewing their products mentions BRCD. Look at where that sucker is. 2. Insider sales don't look too good. Except for the President, most VPs sold quite a number of shares, and currently own few hundreds to 4-5k. I don't know if it is option related or not but IR should be able to explain it. 3. Since they missed last qtr., there is probably a bit of worry that they might pull a negative surprise.. They report on Oct. 14. Could be a bit of window dressing affect here. Dump a looser before the qtr. ends. Forgot to check the volume. May be that might be an indicator. 4. techweb.com Sums up nicely. 5. Will put on my watch list and might take a position. Downside should be limited and longer term potential is still there. Could be a take over target....
