The IOM class action suit was, I believe, a suit that involved issues surrounding their phone charges for tech support and the zip drive etc... I received the legal papers on it. Knowing this one fact, I would conjecture that this is an advertisement and nothing else for this firm. The class action suit probably has nothing to do with anything per say and has been noted to attract people on Silicon Investor! Just my thoughts! seczebra
