This is third consecutive day when someone is buying large blocks of NN.

A few years ago I tracked Soros' buys in Amati and they were done with mechanical consistency --- every day at the same time in the same quantities. I suspect when large institutions buy, this is how it's done. Of course, you can't track them until after the fact when they've filed with the SEC.
