True Story: Decided on a system based around the 1.4 MHz Athlon for one of my brood. When picking it up from a local small retailer who deals primarily in INTC product, both the owner and the technician were on site and as I was leaving, the technician called me aside and told me that the system "screams". He was wholly impressed when loading software onto it as it was 25% to 50% faster than he had expected...I think this shop will be selling a few more AMD products in the future!
