Hawaii is full of cockroaches. Just the way it is. The premium hotels do their best but Nature is Nature. Just check every item in your luggage before you leave! Don't bring any of those big obscene bastards back here!

""Please save your money. this is not a four star hotel. I just returned yesterday from the worst hotel experience ever. There were cockroaches the size of my hand dead and alive crawling around the Rainbow Lanai Cafe while I was eating. There is no excuse for that. The people who work at the hotel should be more aware and... be more observant. My wallet was stolen the second day and the security guard was so rude and lazy she could have cared less. The manager refused to do anything and would not check the servellience camera. Next, I was at the pool (the Paradise Pool) the family kids pool with my son and husband and was tapped/hit by someone who worked at the hotel. They stopped me at the pool and asked me how much my breasts cost in front of everyone. I was shocked and mortified that they would ask a question like that. Also, I had to call the manager 3 times to request that the hairs left all over my bathroom wall and doors be removed. It was foul and no one should have to put up with this kind of stay after paying thousands of dollars to stay at what we thought would be an amazing four star hotel. Boooo Hilton Hawaiian Village." - Chanelle from Huntington Beach, Calif."
