that isn't what happened. The Court simply determined that it is an invasion of one's right to privacy to preclude him from possessing marijuana within the confines of one's home.

Based on what you posted, the court said something about grams and numbers of plants.

That's what they said about gay sex, keep government out of the bedroom ... and now they're teaching school kids about it, forming gay clubs in schools, disciplining kids who say they don't favor gay marriage ... in some places, they're questioning judges and incoming college students about their sexual orientation. Oh yeah, churches who run childrens homes and sponsor adoptions should be forced to adopt to gay couples or else. And on and on.

Abortion was about a woman and her doctor, privacy, yada yada. Now they say churches have to pay for employee's abortificants.

There's a gramscian culture war going on.
