How does prohibiting the public expression of belief (all belief, including the atheist or agnostic agenda) discriminate? It merely leaves the public air space empty- which is (imo) as it should be. The only way this could be seen as discriminatory is to view the public air space as a place where you have a right to promote your religious belief. I don't see that as consistent with fairness, and religious and non-religious equity, nor with the liberality of our founding fathers. They were, imo, the demo lib pinheads of their time. I personally feel we need to keep their spirit alive.
