Subject: Summer Of '96 And '98 Similarities Has anyone besides me noticed the similarity of the market today to the market during 1996, in particular July of '96 and August of '98? If I remember correctly, there were two weeks during July of '96 when the market had two very bad down days. This occurred on Tuesday on each occasion, one week apart. This week ought to be very interesting. It can't happen again, can it? :) If it does, I will be putting on my buying hat.
