I can't think of one then. Unless one deems the selling in ORTL (and spread widening between ORTL and LU) overdone in the last two days. I believe a number of momentum players have sold wanting to deploy their capital elsewhere. Even if you are not interested in holding LU, before the deal closes you may receive a higher price for your ORTL in the near future when 1.)the spread tightens and 2.) LU pulls out of its funk. I'm betting both will occur, but I have been wrong before... <g>
