TransTech Service Partners, Inc. error correction. The "Other Insider Requirements" section should be amended to state: Certain of the insiders have agreed to purchase 166,667 units at a price of $6.00 per unit in a private placement prior to the offering. One of the insiders has agreed to loan the company $500,000. Total proceeds: $1.5 million.
