Wind farms should be in isolated areas away from bird migration paths and vistas people enjoy. Deserts are the perfect place. Nantucket Sound and San Padre Island are not such good places. Though you have to admire the intent, wind farms are not for everywhere.

Wind and solar farming should become a huge boom business for remote desert areas of the country. Same places the pollutors sometimes stick their coal and oil burning plants which pollute the air for hundreds of miles. Those can be replaced with clean energy farms.
