Mr. Michael Kinley reports
Zim-Gold Resources' change of business and related acquisition of the Deco
Creative Group Inc. has been conditionally accepted by the Canadian Venture
Exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Stockwatch
Feb. 4, 2000.
Upon the closing of the change of business, the company will change its name to
Noise Media Inc., and Deco will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Noise
Media Inc.
Final acceptance will be received from the exchange upon the company's delivery
of certain final documentation requested by the exchange. All of the above matters
are subject to the approval of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
