Besides signing stmts weren't even the basis of my post about Obama's lawlessness. Obama didn't need signing stmts to shut down a coal mine, cancel leases, shut down Gulf drilling, lie to the court, shut down the Boeing plant in SC, cheat the GM and Chrysler bondholders and on and on.
