dpl During the peak(evening) hours mine does the same at times.The pipeline is overloaded.Also,unauthorized servers could be running in your node.I would complain to your cable company and have them ping you to check your connection speeds.I nagged @Home enough that they gave me 2 free months service plus they sent a crew with a Supervisor and went over my system inside and outside the house.If you protest long and loud enough you'll get their attention.
