Not to get in the middle of your little discussion here, but a "win" signifies winning over something. A tie for first has no winner if there are only two competitors.

By your logic, they also both lost, since both came in last place.

Regardless, these benchmarks are next-to-worthless, considering that the integrated graphics aren't used. It makes zero sense to couple an nForce board with an external graphics board. If anything, the benchmarks do show this.
