International Wayside Gold has acquired additional ground in the vicinity
of the Cariboo Gold project, near Wells, B.C.
Under a letter of agreement signed April 3, 2000, the company will transfer
15,000 common shares of International Wayside Gold Mines to John Bot in
return for 100-per-cent interest in mineral tenures 375059, 375060, 375061,
375062, 375063 and 375064 (see minerals titles reference map 093H/04E).
On transfer of the said mineral claims to the company, Stephen Kocsis will
receive a finder's fee of 15,000 common shares of International Wayside.
The acquisition constitutes continued consolidation of the company's ground
in the historic Wells/Barkerville area in northeast-central British
Columbia. The company recently announced joint ventures with Abitibi Mining
Corp. on the Wolf property, and Gold City Industries Ltd. on the Promise,
Myrtle and Proserpine properties.
Ground acquired under the letter of agreement with Mr. Bot is contiguous
with the Proserpine property. |
