This is a company that is slowly ironing out its problems. I am sure that the stock will continue to be volitile, but it would be foolish to think they are either a fraud or spotless.

With the $20 mill sale of their fiber to Williams, we can be sure that they are not be in any cash bind for the immediate future. With the successful implementation of EZ pass on the Atlantic City expressway (on time as well, I believe) and now on Delaware State Route 1, they are making consistent headway. They are also midway through construction on a number of plazas along the New Jersey Turnpike and have laid a significant amount of the promised fiber.

I don't have much doubt that the consortium will be keeping Able, especially after this latest release.

They are consistentely getting bonding on all their new contracts and have a backlog of around $1.2 billion with significant portion coming with guaranteed margins from MCI Worldcom.

I suspect we have just reached a bottom near term but I also suspect that there will continue to be money to be made trading if you can anticipate their successes and their problems.
