Probe OK, I guess I didn't have to be so skeptical when Gibson said that they'd be at 1200 b/d before the end of '96. Has anyone crunched these numbers? Did they get a good buy? Kerm, what's the "economics" site that you monitor? I followed a couple of NGs for a while: alt.politics.econ and sci.econ, but they were more for loony politics than for economics. I'd like to find a good economics site in part because that's my training, and in part because I'd like to see a reasoned discussion on questions like whether another depression is in the cards. I haven't read all of your post from the Fortune article, but what I've see looks very interesting. We had a bumper sticker here in Alberta a few years ago that went something like, "Oh Lord, please send just ONE more oil boom, and I promise I won't piss it away this time."
